From initial ideas to final blueprints, our licensed architects* your dream home to life. Here’s how it works:

1. Share what you have in mind

We start by learning about your vision and needs. After an initial consultation, we visit your home to get a clear sense of the space. You decide if you want us to handle just the design or the full design + build process.

2. Turn your ideas into a detailed build plan

After our visit, we provide a rough estimate to give you an idea of pricing. If it fits within your budget, we create a detailed proposal covering the architectural design* phase or the full project scope, depending on your needs.

3. Your plans are finished and ready to build

Once the design is approved, we get to work on detailed blueprints and 3D models. Our licensed architects* review and approve all designs, ensuring they meet all regulations. If you choose, we can also handle the construction phase and deliver your finished space.
