After a career in real estate, Seth Rosenberger noticed a recurring problem when helping homeowners with construction: finding reliable contractors was challenging. Unreturned calls, vague pricing, and poor coordination between construction teams are just a few of the problems homeowners face.
Seth founded Benjamin Rose Build & Design to fill this void. After bringing De La Paz Masonry into the family in 2025, one team now handles it all, from design and sitework through construction and decor. And as a licensed Realtor, Seth can even represent you when you need to buy land in Westchester.

I know how stressful a build can be, because I’ve been in your shoes. Finding a good craftsman is hard enough. Finding one who calls you back, gives you straight pricing, and never hands you off the moment something goes wrong can feel impossible.
I won’t promise a project never hits a surprise. What I will promise is that we plan for them: we anticipate what’s behind the walls and leave room in the budget before we start. Then we listen, and we build every detail to last.
So I built this to work the way I’d want it to. One person you can always call, who owns the whole project and never sends you down the line to someone else. When something needs answering, it’s on me.
