Site Work & Foundations

Clearing, excavation, grading, drainage, foundations, and waterproofing are handled through our own team at De La Paz Masonry.

Construction

Framing, roofing, windows, mechanical systems, insulation, drywall, and the major building phases are coordinated by your project manager.

Finishes & Selections

Cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, millwork, and other finishes are selected early enough to keep ordering and construction moving.

Completion

We handle final inspections, complete the walkthrough, address the last details, and hand over the keys to your finished home.
